“I have never met a guy as willing to invest as much time and energy into ensuring his customers get the final product they were hoping for as Andrew. This guy will show up when you ask him to, get the job done right, and won’t take advantage of you. Getting pretty hard to find that anymore these days.“
“Frank keeps an organized workflow and hires skilled, friendly people. I enjoy working with them every time.“
“After we decided we wanted to Remodel our kitchen and basement in our house which was originally built in the early 1940’s one of the first names we thought of was Jesse Ames.
We had gotten to know of Jesse Ames over the years from previous projects he had done for other people over the years so we knew he was well established. We also knew that Jesse has a reputation has built on hard work, quality, his ability to do high end work and craftsmanship.
During the first part of the process, Jesse created a line by line estimate for us so we could see every aspect of the process and projected costs. This was super helpful and I think helped me establish trust in the process because all the pricing was right there.
After we set the project details and budget we had to wait a few months for material procurement and for Jesse and his team to become available for our project. I can tell you the wait was well worth it.
Jesse and his team installed a new basement bathroom, which included some difficult plumbing work due to the age of the plumbing and they also had to fix some non-compliant plumbing issues. They fabricated and installed a custom wardrobe, cabinets and vanity. They built a new shower and tiled everything beautifully.
They built a custom walk in closet for my wife that is functional and perfect in every way for everyday use.
Jesse and his team built out a really nice and usable laundry area. Before, the laundry room was poorly laid out but Jesse and his team redesigned it with new utility sink, work counter and built in closet storage area so everything is functional.
Another thing I appreciate about the work they did is the framing in the basement. Jesse’s team got all the duct work covered in such way that you don't feel like you are in basement. Some of the soffit framing was quite elaborate and difficult and the results are outstanding.
Jesse and his team opened up our old galley kitchen into the living room by eliminating a wall and redesigning the space. Even though the kitchen square footage remained the same it feels so much more bigger and open. Jesse’s feedback and design knowledge was so valuable in how he knew how to maximize the space, and modernize our old kitchen. Custom soft close cabinets, fixed our sub floor where there were issues from previous work by others, and craftsmanship details throughout. We love it.
While in the process of doing our job we had part of an oak tree fall down, and even though it was not part of the job, Jesse helped us get a tree guy. Jesse then took it upon himself to get the tree limb milled and he used that milled oak from our back yard into a fire place mantle downstairs and also in our kitchen for window sills. He didn't have to do that, but thats just the kind of guy Jesse is, thoughtful and committed to craftsmanship.
Jesse and his crew are amazing people to be around. We got to know a few of the key guys and really enjoyed working with them and getting to know them. We truly consider them as our friends now. There were some ups and down along the way, and one thing I learned that a remodel can be stressful at times for a homeowner living in a construction zone. I think Jesse and his team always did their best to make sure we were always happy with the end result and we were.
Jesse and his team are true professionals, craftsmen and are also just good and enjoyable people to be around. We really enjoyed getting to know the crew and think of them as our friends as much as the workers who transformed our space. Honestly they came in here and saved the day for us. We love living in our spaces Jesse and his Team created for us. I have recommended Jesse and his team to my friends and family without hesitation. When it comes time to do further work on our house I will be calling on Jesse and his Team again. They are who I trust.“
“Bob and his crew just replaced the polycarbonate panels over our deck. There were several challenges that were solved and some mistakes from the previous installation were corrected. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and worked long hours in the heat. Bob has the nicest guys working for him. We would hire him again!“
“Drove over to talk with them about our plans for a yurt. Scott gave us a tour of the workshop and the 2 yurt displays. Super knowledgeable and very willing to answer our questions. Spent about an hour with him. If your looking for a yurt buy from these guys. Scott knows how customer service should be. Thanks!“
“Wow, can’t say enough about this great company. Yes, they make probably the best firepits and burners out there, we love ours! But just as important is their customer service. They are on top of things! Remember how American made products and companies used to care about the quality of their products and their customers? Well, how refreshing to find one that still does. You can actually talk to a human being when you call!Kudos to everyone at Montana Fire Pits!“
“The crew is far personable with the way they connect with their members, partners, and atmosphere. They leave honorable work that is beyond acceptable every time I believe. Give the office a call for anything“
