Kyle is a fair renter and was also very professional with helping us out when buying our first home and selling it. I always felt like I knew what I was getting upfront while renting here.

We have confidence in Shayna and Kyle’s ability to manage our property. They seem to truly care about the needs of both the tenants and the owners. Case in point, we recently had water damage that required about 3 months of remediation and remodel. Through this entire process, Shayna and Kyle kept us in the loop of all that was going on, advocated for the tenants' needs by offering rent credit, and dealt directly with our insurance company for their obligation. Would highly recommend them.
