Cortney is simply the absolute best! I was a first time homebuyer and very daunted by getting into the Missoula market. Cortney took time to understand my needs/wants in a house and had a great understanding of the Missoula market to help me understand what would be realistic for my budget. During the entire process, I really valued her perspective and and advice - she responded quickly to all of my questions, knew what would be a realistive but competitive offer, negotiated mutliple rounds of an offer, and provided feedback after inspections. I can't imagine a smoother process through a very complicated and competitive market and I cannot recommend Cortney enough!
Kristin, with Topo Real Estate, is, quite possibly, the best realtor we’ve ever had. She helped us on both sides (selling and buying). She was professional, fun, and listened our families needs. We never felt pressured and always felted supported in our decisions. We will recommend her to everyone and anyone!
Topo Real Estate was flawless in helping me and my sister sell the house we'd grown up in after our parents had both died. We wanted to find a family that, like ours fifty years earlier, would come in to cherish the house and neighborhood (not someone who would take it over as an investment), and Topo Real Estate understood that completely and helped us find just the sort of successors we hoped for.
