Wow, can’t say enough about this great company. Yes, they make probably the best firepits and burners out there, we love ours! But just as important is their customer service. They are on top of things! Remember how American made products and companies used to care about the quality of their products and their customers? Well, how refreshing to find one that still does. You can actually talk to a human being when you call!Kudos to everyone at Montana Fire Pits!
The fire pit is gorgeous and works perfectly. Everything went smoothly from order to delivery. The packaging was great and the unit was in perfect condition. I'm extremely happy with my new fire pit.
Love my Montana Fire Pit burner! Came just as described, and on time. We went with the 180K BTU Octagonal, hooked to a 1” Natural Gas line, custom built the pit out of stone block. Easy hookup and ready to go, no issues or problems. Wish I had an excuse to build another, but I’ll recommend them to friends and family for sure.
