I have purchased a few wigs from this location but will not again.
In the past, the quality was mediocre to good but i recently purchased "the same wig" that I did in the past and it is half if the volume, not true to length or color and you can clearly see the tag cut out .
I believe this is done to prevent customers from looking up the wig they are buying and realizing it's value is much less than $230.
Not to mention most of the wigs in the store are unkempt abf tangled and tried on by many people previously. There is no actual new stock in the store.

I live in California, and during our travels to Montana I found this Merle Norman. I have been ordering my cosmetics from this location in Missoula ever since so I don't have to pay state sales tax! The people who work here are very efficient and very nice!

I am a mom with three kids who have there own issues. I came to just look. I have been buying off Amazon for months trying to find a good wig. Like a fairy godmother I was shown heartwarming love. I was shown all about wigs and how to take care of wigs. All accessories where there for me to be able to go home and take care of my wig. I chose a wig that was 200.00 I left knowing I'm coming back.
