As a first time home buyer I wasn't confident in going through this process, but Jess made it very easy for me. Her attentiveness and knowledge helped me immensely through this process. I called Jess and she responded very quickly and was able to show us houses right away. She brought all options to our attention to make sure I got the house I wanted. She supported my decisions and gave me the information and support I needed throughout this process. I used the VA home loan and she did everything she could to help me navigate the extra steps needed when using the VA home loan. If you are buying or selling in the Missoula area I would definitely recommend Jess.
Jess was so attentive and patient with us. We were first time home buyers with a pretty detailed want list for our new home and she knocked it out of the park!!! She showed us homes that were within our wants and never batted an eye if we wanted to look at something else. She was detailed oriented and quick to schedule showing for us.Thank you so much Jess!!!
