I was just passing through Missoula and took an class with Brian. The studio is an open and spacious but still intimate and loved all the natural light. Brian did a wonderful job of instructing and providing feedback and made sure everyone got the most out of the class. This was a great class for people who like and appreciate more traditional and “spiritually-based” yoga, not a fast-paced fitness style yoga. It was still challenging though, of course!

Every experience I have had at Inner Harmony has been positive. The teachers are mindful of their students and their yoga cues are professional. This is the best yoga studio in Missoula.
