“I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for Air Quality Mechanical already! They are AMAZING and I would HIGHLY recommend their services. We have used them for two major projects (installation of HVRs/HEPA and an Air Conditioning System) as well as many “smaller” projects like duct/dryer cleaning and fixing stove venting.<br><br>Regardless the size or cost of your project, the staff at Air Quality are true professionals. They are knowledgeable, pleasant and do an amazing job cleaning up after themselves! They even wear shoe covers when inside your home. I also appreciate that they send an email or text with the technicians’ picture on it when they are on the way to your home.<br><br>A special shout out to Josh and crew (Chaz, Roshawn, Ben and Robert) who recently completed a project for us 2 days ahead of schedule! Josh came and did a home visit prior to the project and spent an hour reviewing the space and answering all the questions we had before providing project estimates and options. Then, as he thought more about our project, he realized there was possibly a better way to do it. Instead of just moving forward with his initial proposal, he asked to come back and relook/figure our project. His concern was obviously on making sure we had the best solution for our needs, one that would last for years. It takes a true professional to be able to put a customer’s needs before their pride. Josh also spent an hour with me after the project, showing me all the details, explaining maintenance needs and answering all my questions. He never once made me feel like my questions were stupid or he had anywhere else he needed to be (although I know he juggles a very complicated schedule!).<br><br>Air Quality was also the only company that was able to work us in for a same day emergency call when we had a carbon monoxide issue with our old boiler – ensuring that we were able to turn our gas back on in the middle of winter. I would trust Air Quality with any project anytime!“
