I challenge you to find a more caring and respectful property management company. Art is incredibly quick to respond to issues and makes sure the problem is handled promptly. I rented from him for almost 7 years and was always impressed with his communication and attention to detail. He provided a level of stability that I haven't felt when renting from others. He is more kind and forgiving than a "landlord" probably should be. Hightower Real Estate is the standard that I will hold every company to for the rest of my life. His word is his bond and he always follows through. Rent with confidence.

The owners of Hightower are good neighbors! They took care of tree debris that landed in our yard after a storm, though they didn't have to do that. They were really nice about it too!

Never thought I could have as much love and respect for a landlord as I do for Arthur Hightower. A very honest man running a very honest business. If you have the good fortune to come across one of their properties I highly suggest you try for it.
