Jakob, Caiden, and Brendan were very professional and nice. Installed the bathroom vent easily cleaned up whatever mess they made. Kudos to these guys thanks for help I’d recommend them to others!
We’ve had work done by Hellgate twice now and both experiences have been amazing! Always outstanding customer service. And the technicians are all amazing. They try to send the same person/people each time so you know who’s coming and can build that relationship with them. We’ve gotten to know Sinjun as our tech and he’s great! Very personable, kind, respectful, and he knows his stuff! He extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of communicating and explaining the problem, the options for repairing or replacing, and how that process will go. Our second time using Hellgate and they were excellent again. Austin was absolutely superb and was incredibly helpful. Quickly and efficiently dealt with our primary issue and gave expert advice and options for the secondary ones.
