Levi was professional and efficient. He cleared the clog and did not leave a mess at all. It almost makes me want to need a plumber again! When I do, I will definately call Garden City.

Technician was 5 minutes EARLY. Explained simply what he was going to do in the annual service. Gave us an estimated time which proved accurate. Detailed service list provided. Schedule for maintenance laid out. Parts replaced were provided. Showed my husband how to replace filter in 6 months. Scheduling of service was painless. Estimate was spot-on. Credit card or check accepted. Technician has tablet to work from. Could not have asked for more professional experience.
