I'd bought and sold a few houses before, so had a pretty good understanding of the process, but my purchase of a Missoula house turned out to be an example of Murphy's Law. I would've thrown in the towel due to way too many mistakes on the seller's side - there's only so much aggravation one puts up with before deciding it's not worth it, and after all, there will always be another house. But Cortney's knowledge, initiative, and responsiveness got the deal done. Any Realtor can handle an easy transaction, but Cortney rose to the occasion when things went sideways, proving herself to be an exceptional Realtor.
