I asked for some Arts and Crafts details and he took the drawing to his team and they executed those perfectly. Everything is done to perfection and details are examined several times to make sure everything is properly fitted.This is construction that is, in fact, craftsmanship.“

“Trying to get a trailer frame sandblasted. It's going to take some time subject to the weather. PCS must be busy, because I called them twice and nobody returned my calls. Had to just stop by with the trailer in tow.

We'll see how they do now that they have the trailer on their property.“

“My wife found this location and we decided to check them out. We are so glad that we did. We met with Mr. Travis Snook and discussed what we liked (or more to the truth what my wife liked). Not only was Mr. Snook easy to work with, gave great advice, and was even impressed that my wife had already picked out the items that she wanted for the home. This is my first manufactured home and I am impressed. Quartz counter tops, nice lighting, and even the paints chosen look amazing.

Some things to remember: 1) make sure you have a place to put your new home, 2) if the home is not going to be on a solid foundation, you will need to pay for skirting to the home, and 3) confirm the property can handle the size of your new place.

These are the only issues we had to find. Other than those, Mr. Snook and team did an excellent job for us and we could not be happier. And the staff sent to setup the house, TOP NOTCH!!!! Now, would I recommend Great Homes in Helena Montana to anyone wanting a new place??? Can you say HEART BEAT???? Amazing people and lovely attitudes. Come and check them out!!“

“We recently completed a major renovation of a house in the U district in Missoula. We picked Confluence Construction because they gave us a solid quote and seemed honest and trustworthy. We are exceptionally pleased with the end result. Joe Jensen and Mickey Niland were both terrific. They were very responsive and easy to work with and they had very good suggestions for improving the project. They stayed within the overall budget and provided a very useful tracking sheet to help us determine how much more we owed and what we could afford for "add-ons". The project ran over the original timeline by a few months, but that was expected given all of the supply chain impacts from COVID and labor shortages in Missoula. Also, we added more scope to the project which caused some delays in completion. The quality of the work was excellent and when we wanted something changed they were very flexible and got right on it. We would not hesitate to hire them again!Services: General construction“
