Young first time shopper, 13 years old. Asked for help at counter at 2:29 pm for a specific species of plant. Told to wait for helper, waited for 10 minutes, got discouraged, asked guardian to help, another worker happened by and offered to help, finally found species, got helpful information about sun preferences. Ran into original helper on way out, said she couldn't find shopper by entrance. Made way back out an completed transaction by 2:41 pm. Found out about 50% off cars bucks after transaction, if one had been applied to just one of the plants ($22, $18, $4) , would have saved 13 year old youth $10 and made a life time shopper.

Caras Nursery is Missoula's most amazing local nursery run Bill Caras and his knowledgeable and friendly Staff. I absolutely love shopping here. Prepare to be here at least an hour because the nursery is situated on many acres.
I highly recommend you buy from here because the knowledge of customer service exceeds the benchmark and the friendly and professional guidance you will receive on your visit is Legendary!
I even found a coffee plant at CARAS!

Best nursery in town always helpful and have a great selection of any type of plates you are looking for. Staff is always kind and will get you the answers you need. Love this place and go very often.
