Couldn’t be happier. Bill has great customer service and is just an all around good person. We had a basement floor drain backed up and Bill was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and get it fixed quickly. I highly recommend him!
Bill has been a gem both times I've called him-- the first time, he fixed a slow draining toilet in about 10 minutes (including trips out to the truck) and explained everything; the second, he gave me DIY advice and saved me a service fee. Nothing makes me trust someone more than when they actually take the time to explain what they're doing (or not doing) and why. Super grateful and on board as a committed customer!
Two weeks ago I was contacted by a highly rated plumbing company in Missoula. They were offering a Memorial Day special of having them drain my water heater and perform a safety check on the system ... all for the special price of 89.99. My electric water heater is fifteen years old and I thought this was a legitimate concern. The plumber drained the tank and then notified me that I didn't have a pressure relief valve in place. He could do the work for 700-900 dollars. There was a chance of my water tank exploding. This didn't wash and I sensed I was being scammed. I called Bill's Plumbing and asked for a second opinion.
