They work hard to schedule us in as early as they can each time I call, and the gals in the office are always super friendly and caring. I was having trouble with the settings of our new thermostat, so Jack, who had installed it a few days ago, swung by on his way home after a long day of work. Within a very short time, he spotted the problem, made the proper adjustments, and made sure I understood it all before he left. He was great, as was Chelseea, who replied to my emails promptly and made sure Jack could get here the same day I called.
