Manhattan Plumbing and Heating has helped us with two water heaters, the installation of our dishwasher, and recently, furnace maintenance and thermostat replacement. They work hard to schedule us in as early as they can each time I call, and the gals in the office are always super friendly and caring. I was having trouble with the settings of our new thermostat, so Jack, who had installed it a few days ago, swung by on his way home after a long day of work. Within a very short time, he spotted the problem, made the proper adjustments, and made sure I understood it all before he left. He was great, as was Chelseea, who replied to my emails promptly and made sure Jack could get here the same day I called.
