Called in to see if I could get a certain style and see if I could schedule a appointment for it and the rudest lady I’ve ever heard picked up the phone and told me after hearing what hair style I wanted that I was stupid and they “didn’t do that here” all and all rude and hard to get appointments because of staff go to Manhattan hair company couple doors down from L&F market they are friendly and got me a fast and awesome appointment and bonus they weren’t rude about it or call me stupid!.
