I am prone to make choices based upon Yelp reviews. Mary's reviews are from 4 years and one year ago. She definitely deserves a recent review singing her praises! Being in Montana for the next 6 months I'm in need of a masseuse I can trust and provide the type of massage that's deep tissue and helps my issues lingering from an old car accident. Mary inquires as to what the reason is and where on your body are you seeking relief? She asks if the pressure is sufficient? Do you require more or less? I was very impressed; I would highly recommend as well as seek her out for a future appointment.

Mary Williams was essential to my healing process from a dislocated shoulder and whiplash. She is an intent listener, and has a great deal of patience. Mary would find the issues as they unfolded through a dozen visits, and activate and calm my problem areas. Massage can be painful, but that pain signals your brain to help muscle damage heal. Her methods were effective, and the atmosphere relaxing. I cannot thank her enough. I recommend anyone to at least visit her a few times so she can figure out and show a person how complex injuries or problems can be. But also how progress can be made. Constant improvement to my condition, step by step, proved to me that Mary provided the therapy that I needed, at the time I needed it most.
