The guys did an AMAZING install of the basement windows today! The crumbling foundation, rotting wood, cracked glass....GONE!! And like elves, no sign they were making a mess all day—-no clean up for me, all the gates and doors closed and latched (!). Such great customer service and quality workmanship. Thank you!!

We had an emergency need for the glass in our fireplace and it needed to be replaced amid a major snow event. Once I provided the exact demensions and a tracing of the corners, they had it cut for me within the hour and I was able to install it the same day and heat our home! Efficient, thorough and NICE!

Excellent customer service and follow up. The Millgard windows in my house are 16 years old and they were replaced for free by the manufacturer thanks to the assistance of Dana at Nevins Glass who guided me through the process every step of the way. They are always willing to assist me with any project regardless of the size, and their attention to detail is outstanding.
