I have trained under Sterling Sensei for 14 years, so I am a little biased in my assessment. I will say that I found the seminar to be one of the most informative and beneficial in all of my 30+ years of training in Aikido. It was very thought provoking, and a unique perspective on how we approach our training in today's environment was one of the highlights in my opinion. Tom Grant

I took an introductory course at Paradise Valley Aikido and really enjoyed it. Tony is a masterful teacher. He is very clear in his instruction (and patient with us). We had a lot of fun and learned some moves! Give it a try...

A great way to learn self defense with an emphasis on ending confrontation somewhat peacefully but immediately. Great fun and very informative. The dojo is clean, the lessons are demonstrative and clear.
