I took my bunny in to get fixed. They did a great job making him feel safe, and making me feel comfortable with leaving him in their care. Post op they called me to give me an update on how he was doing, and went through everything I could possibly need to know. They treated his care like it was their own pet getting treated. Wonderful people, knowledgeable, and so gentle with the critters.
We recently lost our Husky due to an unforeseen circumstance. Dr. Holbrook and the Colmey Vet covered the expenses of the autopsy xray, cremation, and emergency vet visit. We were so grateful to leave the vet with our ashes and not have to think about cost after losing our best buddy. We are so grateful to everyone who allowed us to not be burdened after such a tragic incident. Thank you Dr. Holbrook for allowing us to say goodbye on a Saturday when she did not need to be at work. We cannot thank you all enough.
The original Vet is retiring and they no longer allow payment plans, otherwise I would give them a 5 star rating. My luck is high maintenance critters, but most of them are alive thanks to Dr. Colmey and crew. The other one needed a med that only became legal over a year after he passed, so not their fault. My cat trusts them, and who could doubt her? Just look at her face.
