As an individual that has purchased numerous properties I've never seen an attorney miss represent their clients as poorly as Kris Birdwell. He wrote a first right of refusal for a property that his clients owned and then instructed them to not disclose that same first right of refusal on the listing when they decided to sell. It costs the sellers over a 100k in lost potential revenue on the sale and cost me as the buyer 28k in capital gains taxes that would have been avoided if the sale would have gone through.
