My cousin recommended Richard to me for the sleeves of tattoos I'm wanting and I couldn't be happier! So far the one I'm getting looks flowery but not super girly which I like! It is so me and he did such a great job! I highly recommend coming here, because this man will give you a quality experience and quality tattoos.

I have been a client of Richards’s for almost 12 years now. There is a reason I am such a loyal and returning customer, his work speaks for itself. He has completed a full sleeve and back shoulder piece in numerous session, each session including a piece that truly means something to me. His work is well thought out and deserving to be displayed in a permanent fashion. His artistic mind is next to none and I have let him free hand most of my work because that is where his work shines. Dude. Cleanest shop I've ever been to. I'm a freak about that kinda stuff and they are SO professional. Absolute best tattoo experience. Josh can be given an idea and turn it into something original. If you've got an idea Outlaw has the tools to create what you need!
