“Windows are fine (basic single hung vinyl). Can't speak to installation as we installed ourselves, but their customer service has been fantastic. Jason responded quickly to my call re: loose locks on 4 of the 6 windows and forwarded my issue to their service department. Becky called the same day to schedule an appt for their service tech to come out (that was Friday, service tech was here on Monday). Problem solved (self tapping screws not catching internal metal piece) in about 15 minutes.“
