They are quick and professional. They are upfront about the cost. I had an issue with my furnace and they were able to get me taken care of asap! They are working on my installation right now!
Everything about our service was great. The office staff was professional and polite. The tech was polite, professional and efficient. He was thorough in determining the numerous problems we are experiencing and offered us options. We are going to be installing an entirely new furnace using Wild West and assuming the service is equally impressive they will forever be our go to! It is rare these days to find this level of service.
I had a really bad smell coming out of a sink overflow which I was allergic to. I called Wild West plumbing and they came out the very same day. Technicians were very knowledgeable and nice. They made sure I was well informed and worked the problem.
