All the staff were very friendly and kind when I brought my kitten to this vet. My kitten had never seen a vet before, and they made sure that she enjoyed the visit. My kitten got vaccinated with the necessary vaccines, and they gave her a treat after. I would definitely recommend everyone with pets to go to this vet. They really take the necessary time to love and care for animals to help them stay healthy as can be, and it’s a family friendly environment.
I recently visited Ponderosa Veterinary Hospital for the first time, and I was incredibly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My wife and I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Dr. Jim and the entire staff at Ponderosa. On September 2nd we travelled from Coleman, AB to Kalispell for a couple of days of camping, shopping and relaxation. Soon after arrival we observed our beloved 2-1/2 yr old Cavapoochon, Lucy, acting lethargic and not at all like her 100mph self. Fast forward to Wednesday, her condition did not improve and was worsening so we decided to bring her to Ponderosa Veterinary Hospital where Dr. Jim immediately diagnosed her with a dangerously high fever and dehydration and suggested she be taken to emergency for IV fluids and overnight observation.
