The line jetting by other contractors I had called, caused additional damage to the aged and delicate condition of the pipes. “So glad my neighbor recommended Great Northern. We had an estimate from a "big box" heating company but did not feel well served by them...After speaking to a neighbor we called Great Northern and so glad we did. Mark listened to our home heating needs, suggested two mini splits and a single ductless unit for another room that had an attic area above. Also suggested a larger mini-split then the first contractor for one area and based upon his math calculations for the room size we totally agreed. The crew's workmanship, profesionalism and comraderie during the two day installation period was wonderful. They also meticulously cleaned up and repositioned the furnishings, etc. All this and the final price tag was nearly $1500.00 less than the big box.
