We had Jon Murdock come out and help us with our problem. He explained what was wrong and what he could do to fix it and helped me understand why we had our issue in the first place. Luckily, it was not a big issue so he fixed it fairly quickly. Very nice guy and great customer service. If we ever have plumbing issues again I know who to call.
When our toilet overflowed for the second time in a month, we knew we had a problem on our hands. We contacted Mr. Rooter to come assess the situation and help resolve it before further issues arose.
Upon snaking a camera through the pipes, it was discovered there were several blockages and a bend in the pipe due to improper installation at the time of the home build.
Through the rain and mud, the crew at Mr. Rooter excavated the pipes, removed the blockages and replaced the faulty pipe.
