Raun and Brady repaired a leak at a very reasonable cost, which was 1/3 the cost estimated by a competitor. They were professional, personable, and competent, with excellent communication. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, with no surprises. They did an excellent job preventing damage of the lawn during excavation and repaired it afterwards better than hoped. Our very old hot water heater was replaced as our hot water had a metallic taste and smell. Modern Plumbing had an opening for us the very next day. They arrived on time and did a great job. In just a few hours, we had a new hot water system that works great!
