Ive never been waxed professionally before and I was surprised at how good Nel is with making the atmosphere calm and comfortable. I really appreciate how reassuring she was about everything.
Nell is an amazing esthetican! She gives you pointers on how to improve your skincare and she gives you the most relaxing session. I had clear skin within a few weeks, and she knows how to make you feel comforted.
My favorite thing about getting a facial here is the hot steamy towels on my face.
Then the next thing I like about the facial is the hot steam that she puts over your face, it's very refreshing and relaxing. My skin has never looked better than what it did before. I highly recommend this place for a facial.
