“I seldom write reviews but this is one time where I absolutely had to. Let me start by saying that I am very careful in how I choose service companies because I am extremely picky and compulsive about quality work. As a real estate investor, I appreciate quality work from contractors and I expect a lot from those whom I hire to work on our properties. I have worked with a LOT of subs and contractors in my day, and I have to say that my experience with Northwest Restoration (Chad, Greg, Ian and the other Chad) was nothing short of phenomenal. These guys are the REAL DEAL. First and foremost, they were honest (which is extremely important to me), they were forthright and they were just good people that we enjoyed working with every day. After our water loss, they were very quickly on-site to assess my damage and a quality plan to mitigate and rebuild was immediately put in place. They told me what I could expect and boy did they deliver on what they told me they would do. I had a very aggressive deadline to get our home mitigated and rebuilt before the busy tourist season in Whitefish (this property is a short-term rental investment property). Having been in the construction industry myself, I knew that my timelines were probably unrealistic but I pressed and NWR delivered on time and even with a few days to spare! That is just not how it normally goes in construction as you know. Greg, Chad, Ian and Chad worked long hours away from family and sometimes late into the night to ensure we met our deadlines. Most importantly, they delivered one of the most QUALITY jobs I have ever seen. No corners were cut, no shortcuts were taken and everything was built back to far exceed our pre-loss condition. We now have a beautiful new space that has added great value to our home. If you didn't know better, you would never know that our space had been significantly water damaged. Let me close with this....stop reading reviews about other mitigation/reconstruction firms and call Northwest Restoration to get your project started today. “Had a flood two years ago. Took time to fix everything and DJ and Christina at Northwest contents were patient, kind and helped us every step of the way. They were able to save most of our belongings from getting damaged. They packaged EVERYTHING meticulously. They cared for our belongings like they were their own. They came over quickly, removed the damaged insulation, used an industrial dehumidifier to dry out the crawl space, sprayed for mold, and then re-insulated. They did great work quickly for a reasonable price.This week we had a minor water issue in our ceiling, so we called FloodCo again. Dale came out to assess the damage and recommended that we use a fan to dry it out ourselves. We appreciate the honesty!
