“I booked my first ever eyelash lift with Britlee. She was absolutely fantastic with explaining the process and helping me feel comfortable - I was nervous but it was totally fine! She cares a lot about not damaging your lashes and she stands by her work. My lift didn’t really take, as I understand it because it’s important to her to be careful to not to overprocess them which I really appreciate (but we learned mine do need more processing), so she offered to redo them or provide a refund. Very professional.I got the impression that after the first lift, she gains an understanding of what your lashes need (everyone is different) and the results will be better and better as you keep going to her.
