“Mike K. called to say he would be earlier than scheduled (if that was ok with me) which worked out better for my schedule. He was polite and knowledgeable. Showed me the bad thermocouple that needed replacing and explained more about my furnace which may need to be replaced in a couple years (it's really old). I know who I'll call when it comes to that.
