After our septic line froze in February and backed up into our basement, Jake and his crew quickly came in to clean, dry out and apply antimicrobial solution to prevent mold and viruses from developing. They were professional and frequently checked in with us to provide updates on the whole process. Jake helped me navigate the insurance process to ensure I was fully taken care of and made recommendations of local contractors who specialize in my home's type of repair that was needed. They were easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!
I had water damage from a broken wash machine (see pics, water poured through the floor where the light fixture is downstairs). These guys did a fantastic job. They were prompt (response time), professional and thorough. I was impressed with their knowledge and appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing.
