Jim and his crew installed our roof September 22’ here in Helena. They stripped the old roof and had the new one installed in three days. Cleaned up and hauled away all trash and old shingles. Great communication and fair pricing. Would recommend!

Very disappointed in Lyman Roofing. They started out good, but NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. And are now refusing to come back and finish. It's not like there is any dispute - one section of our roof is completely exposed to the elements and Lyman has made excuses FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW, as to why they have not finished it yet!
One piece of advice - DO NOT PAY THEM THE FULL PRICE AGREED TO UNTIL --- EVERYTHING IS COMPLETED.
We made the mistake of paying the 2nd half of the contract before they were done, and now, they don't care about us at all. We'll see how a trip to Small Claims Court makes them feel!
