Amazing and in depth!Chawney makes sure you get all of what you need during your visit and knows many different techniques to serve a wide variety of clients. Her deep tissues massage is amazing and I love the body oil she uses, it smells great! The atmosphere is very calming, lots of plants with a cozy feel! I will definitely need to book again soon!

I was visiting Helena for the day and decided I'd like to get a massage. I had the best massage and she was knowledgeable and professional and applied the exact right amount of pressure!! So glad to have found her!!

Chawney's passion for improving your health is evident in her whole practice. She offers insight about the interplay of the various muscles, and encourages self-care practices. I highly recommend!
