I always trusted Jim with my dog...but never realized there was a problem with my dog until I tried to book a stay..all of a sudden my dog was a problem...not happy at all about this

I can’t say enough how much we love this place but most of all, our Rusty Renae. We trust these places to take care of our kids. No parent enjoys dropping them off either, we worry they aren’t getting attention, good care and fed properly, as we all probably feed our dogs different. We trusted another kennel in town once who fed our dog their food or not at all because her bag came back full. We could tell that she wasn’t happy. Long story short,, this place is the BEST! Can’t say it enough. Our girl loves the owner, gets excited to go there! If you are that dog Mom, THIS IS the place to go!

Staff is so friendly and caring. My GSD has sever anxiety and skin conditions and the staff take such good care of him and address his special needs. He never seems miffed after picking him up where as if I have a house sitter, he is always miffed when I get home.
