I came in to Cornerstone Wellness a few weeks ago. I had so much pain and an inability to do basic walking. After I had received my first treatment I knew something positive was happening. This included an adjustment by Jesse and then decompression of my spine. I was skeptical at first but today I am walking, working out in my yard. I know that God led me to this business. The staff are awesome and I really enjoy going in for my adjustment because I know every time I go in I am one step closer to getting back to a healthy state. Thank you Jesse, Dawn and Cristin!!!!

I started going to cornerstone for sciatica pain. Sometime later I managed to injure my shoulder, an orthopedic doctor diagnosed me with a rotator cuff injury, he sent me to physical therapy. I could barely move my arm up and down, I couldn't reach for things without severe pain. I went to physical therapy for 4 weeks, with no results, the physical therapist would do a deep tissue massage, that would leave me unable to even touch my shoulder or collarbone for at least 3 days because of the pain from the massage.
