Surprisingly fast for how busy they were on a Saturday evening. Also relatively inexpensive in my opinion. You don't go to emergency anything expecting a deal. They were upfront about the cost the entire visit. The care was great. Dog is recovering nicely from porcupine encounter. Private waiting in an exam room, not in a crowded waiting area. Frequent updates on timing. Glad they were here for us.

Apex Animal Hospital vets were great in the care and humane treatment of our dog when she had her seizure, Bridger Vet disregarded her tumors and acted as though they were no big deal, but Apex took them seriously and gave us answers and closure. Wish they were taking new patients and we would transfer our other pup from Bridger to Apex as Bridger has gone down hill for service and quality but doubled their charges.

Today we expected my dog Sam to be put down. I called Apex and they made room for us to come in. First the tech came in and took a thorough review of his symptoms and history. A few minutes later Dr. Richardson came in and spent a long time examining him and talking with us. She was very knowledgeable about Labs, their characteristics and tendencies. She gave us several options and after blood tests and X-rays and a prescription, Sam came home with a possible optimistic chance to extend his life and comfort. What amazed me was that Dr. Richardson gave us about an hour and a half of her time on a day when we were unexpected. She showed such concern for Sam and for us.... read full review
