I started getting my lashes done by Rebecca in July. I can't say enough good things about her and her work. She is incredibly detailed in her work and doesn't rush through appointments. She also did a great job speaking with me about what lashes would suit me best. I started with classics that looked gorgeous! I've since eased into volume lashes and they make me feel so confident and look my best. Waking up every morning with perfect lashes also cuts out a ton of time in the morning when I'm getting ready, which is well appreciated. Besides my own personal satisfaction with Rebecca's work, I received compliments from another lash artist. My hairdresser does lashes and lash removals as well and she complimented my lashes almost immediately upon seeing them. She was very impressed and said that the lash work was some of the best she has seen! If you've been thinking about getting your lashes done, do it!

The pre-finished siding on our home built in 2003 was showing weathering signs and needed painting. Over the past two years we've requested quotes from six different professional painters in the Helena area, but never received a single response. Discouraging! Happened to see an ad and review about Davy Montana Painting and called for a quote. Received a quick callback from Dave with an appointment to see our house project and learn the details of his quote. We were impressed in his follow-up visit with his preparation, detailed brochure of services, qualifications and immediate quote based on three different grades of Sherwin-Williams paint. After a delay to consider his quote, see several homes he painted recently, and talk with a client, we signed a contract and paid a deposit. He set Labor Day to start our house painting project. In the interim, he arranged for paint samples of colors we considered twice, and ordered the paint. He contacted us several times to confirm the start date and handle any questions or concerns. On Labor Day he arrived 8 am (and every other day) and energetically began pressure washing and preparation. Day #2 he began final preparation and taping, stopping only after a hail storm. He began painting day #3 and finished late day #5. We are delighted with his reliability, painting skills, impressed with his concern for details and overall quality of workmanship. We appreciate his clear way of doing business and honoring his price quote. We'd recommend Davy Montana Painting to anyone wanting a truly professional painting experience.

Had an old sagging gate replaced. Kenny built a beautiful redwood gate with metal trim. He fabricated metal posts and anchored them in concrete. I am very happy with the job, price, and completion time. Would definitely use Echo again!

It was one of the better haircuts I've ever had. I didn't realize how busy they would be and did not make an appointment. My stylist pushed her lunch back to fix my hair. She did an amazing job and told me everything she was doing during it. It came out super clean and exactly like I've been wanting it. Highly recommend, and I will be a continuing customer.

I brought my daughter in today to have her very first ear piercings done. Shanelle was very informative and explained everything to us both. I got a tattoo here and it was absolutely spectacular! Jami was very compassionate about my memorial tattoo for my mom and understood that I have a very low tolerance for pain. She worked with me during the process, allowing me time to breathe and constantly checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. Overall, the shop is a wonderful environment and all the staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Want to give a great big thanks to David at Werner Plumbing and Heating. We had a problem in a new build that is now 2 years old and out of warranty. He came out to track down the issue. Found it was not a plumbing problem after all, but he stayed and called another tradesman who came in and fixed the issue. Above and beyond great customer service.

We have used Big Sky Plumbing for 20 years for jobs big and small, urgent and not urgent, on a 140 year old victorian - I would guess at least 1-2 dozen times. Our experience with them has been excellent - responsive, timely, professional, and always installed well or fixed to our satisfaction. Today we had a sewer line backing up to both a bathroom and kitchen, all manner of yucky smelly stuff - just as family visitors were to arrive for the Christmas holiday. Even though booked up for the day, they reached out and found a pro to send to us immediately. Correctly diagnosed where the blockage was and had it resolved in less than an hour. He even cleaned up the residual mess afterwards. The bad reviews you see here are not our 20 year experience. Worth every penny and would not hesitate to use them the next time we need a plumber.

I want to thank Denise and Justin so much! Denise was able to get me scheduled last minute and Justin did an amazing job! The carpets were horribly stained and heavily exposed to cigarette smoke. Justin took his time and made sure to improve it so much. I can now safely walk on my floors without secondhand exposure to nicotine and made the whole place smell so much better! The stains will never be fully removed but he was able to improve the appearance 80%!! (No way to be more without buying new carpet!) Our realtor recommended harvest cleaning when we were selling our home. They were cooperative with our schedule, and they did a magnificent job at a reasonable cost.They showed up when they said they would, and it cost what they said it would!
A month or so later we got a difficult stain on our very light bedroom rug a day or so before a requested showing. The owner wasn’t available for a spot clean on such short notice so he actually drove out to our house that day to drop off a specific spot cleaner for that type of stain - WAY over and above. Who gives that kind of customer service these days?!

We hosted this group of professionals at of our rental properties with Wrecked & Refined during a time they were installing flooring in Great Falls. When we arrived at the property they had all the laundry and linens folded and placed nicely for our staff. We have been in the hospitality business for over 10 years and we had never had any guests leave the property as cleanly and organized as these professionals. Then at my appointment- which I was able to get quickly, Dr. Michelotti and his assistant just melted me with how compassionate and genuine they were, in addition to being highly capable and knowledgeable(I was late to the appt at the end of their Friday and expected a deservedly less than friendly reception). I left the office with the biggest smile, feeing like I had just made my first friends in Helena, and knowing I was going to get my best smile in no time at all. Not to mention, the prices were far more reasonable than I had budgeted for, which was a nice bonus just before Christmas. My daughter and her family plan to switch to Capital City Dentristy now :) zero regrets.

Hot Yoga Helena is a fantastic place to practice yoga and learn to expand your techniques. HYH is very cute, inviting, and a great vibe. I moved out of Helena, so I now join online. Although my living room isn’t as great for practice, the online experience is still top notch. The instructors are encouraging coaches. They’re experienced & knowledgeable, and they can spot an incorrect position that might lead to injury. The in person experience is invaluable, though, and if you’re in the area, I highly recommend the studio.

I have so enjoyed sound healing and Reiki sessions with Sheila. Her work is powerful, deeply soothing and calming. I love her combination of Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and crystal lights with Reiki. Each session I come away feeling happy and light, grateful too for receiving her healing!
