A-plus is a very good place to work, they work with your schedule and make sure that you are comfortable taking care of the person that you are assigned to. They are always looking for ideas and ways to make their client comfortable and make sure that the PCAs have the equipment to take care of the client. We have a weekly meeting for the staff, with concerns, safety both for us and the clients.

I started my brother with a plus health care 2 weeks ago. I was told they might miss maybe once in 2 years. They missed 3 out of 4 of the first days. To top it off I was called at 9 in the morning asking how my brother was. I asked them why. They told me he had a fever of 104 the night before. I was not contacted. The caregiver was told to go home because her shift was over. He sat there all night alone with a 104 temperature. The ambulance was called and he has been in the hospital a week. Called the president twice and she wouldn't even return my call. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY
