Florists in Hamilton

“Our grandmother passed away on Valentine's Day. It was extremely sudden. I called Hamilton Florist knowing they were probably going to be extremely busy because of the day. I explained to the lady that I wanted to have flowers delivered to my grandpa to just brighten his day a bit. I asked if they could do it and do same delivery. The lady was extremely understanding and sympathetic. She spoke quickly with her floral person and they agreed they would make it happen. I am so thankful for these people and their understanding . I would highly recommend this florist shop. Best people around and great to work with. Can't get better customer service than this. Thank you“
