Had an issue with one of our heat pumps today and thus no AC. Called this morning and they were able to fit us in the same day and get it back up and running. Wes and Sherry were awesome - will be using them going forward for all of our heating/cooling work.

Great customer service. Jordan took my call when our heater blower quit. He was here the same morning and diagnosed the problem straight away. Since our heater is an older model they had to order the part. We got a call when they received the new moror/blower combo and Jordan came out again right away. He replaced the part, set the blower limits, vacuumed the inside and was on his way after making sure everything functioned appropriately. The charge was as quoted and we were told they'd be back if we had any trouble at all. This saved us about $1500 over the purchase and install of a new unit. Thanks All Valley and Jordan.

Dan is very patient, flexible, and understanding in cancelling and rescheduling my appts. Travis was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional in fixing my furnace.
