James is a man of character. He made sure all reservations were in order. James hooked up the trailer to the truck. I traveled a thousand miles and no issues.
I rented more than once from James. You can do business with him. Very professional.

I rented a trailer from here last week and had the best customer service and experience! Due to my situation, I had to return the trailer without cleaning it out (not that this should be common practice, as there is usually a fee, and it’s impolite). The owner was very kind and let me slide without penalty. Initially, he was very helpful and kind. He hooked the trailer up to my car, and when I returned it, he was cordial, immediately told me where I could easily park it, and then unhooked it for me. I will rent from there again!

After calling all listed carpet cleaners in the area, All Valley was the ONLY one to get back to me with a reasonable quote, a time & day that would work for us and kept in contact with any changes ie; PM rather than AM of the cleaning day. The service was excellent and the carpet was clean, nearly dry & without any problems whatsoever! I will call again!
