A verbal agreement on a property was made with David Gifford and upon his request was given an "in good faith" extension, per his request, on his response time. When it came time for said response, he denied phone calls and text messages from the purchasers realtor and after the contract deadline was over, he sent an email rejecting the offer. If you will be doing business with this Individual, get everything in writing or he won't follow through with making good on his word.
