My mother lives out of town and we had a Saturday night issue. Called Kindred and they were at her door 20 minutes later. Her water heater conked out. Monday by 4 we had a new water heater up and running! I can't say what a pleasant and positive experience it was. 5 out of 5 stars!
We were impressed with several aspects of their service. First, they kept us constantly informed about the status of our request for service as well as who would be coming and when they would arrive. Once they arrived and assessed the problem, the extent of their proposed service/repair was thoroughly discussed and pricing was completely up front. They also had booties over their shoes when they came in. We appreciated the fact that when they returned the following morning with the tools and needed supplies to complete the project, the technicians, Austin Kindred and Devlin Killeen took great care in laying tarps extending from the entryway, down the stairs, and all the way to and around the work area. Work was accomplished exactly as proposed, and the cost was exactly as previously stated. There were no surprises. When work was completed, they took great care in ensuring that everything was cleaned up and removed. They also discussed that if the problem recurred or became worse, two future options and costs were given for consideration. Exactly proposals were sent by email. We would recommend Kindred to others.
