Don't come here whatever you do!!! Go anywhere else but here for your health!!! Let me say that both clinic locations are horrible!!! They both don't care about their patients and they talk about other patients when you are sitting in the lobby. HIPPA violation if you ask me!!! They all have an attitude with you as soon as they find out you have medicaid or medicare. They shout at you clear across the lobby when they try to help you instead of calling you up to the desk like most doctors offices. If you ask questions about your health so you can understand what is going on they act as tho you are a problem patient. They expect you to have no say in your health what so ever. They want you to go to their clinic doctors only and when you ask to see a doctor that is not a part of the clinic they get an attitude and tell you it's not allowed. They force you to communicate all and any questions thru a stupid portal and they don't even follow their own rules on the portal. If you want your spouse to go back with you they get upset and then they see you as a problem patient. Your spouse is not allowed to ask any questions about your health either. If you want results for any tests done by anywhere but the clinic or any doctors offices not a part of the great falls clinic they tell you they can't give it to you because it is the other places property when you are the patient asking for it. I saw a doctor here and first she told me I was hands down without a shout of a doubt pregnant then next appointment she denied ever saying it and that I wasn't when I have proof I am. I also told her that I didn't ever want to see a male doctor for any reason and she sent me to a male neurologist she told me that was the only one she could send me to when there was other ones at the clinic I could of gone too. She told me I needed an e.k.g. and when I wanted to go to Benefis for it she told me I wasn't allowed to see and outside source for a doctor and when I wanted a second opinion and to see a different neurologist again I was told I wasn't allowed to see an outside source doctor I could only see great falls clinic doctors. I didn't realize I was a 5 year old child. I have rights and I can choose the doctors that I choose to see. She had me monitor my blood pressure at home with a blood pressure monitor as I was on blood pressure meds and told me to tell her on the portal if my bottom number was low so I could stop taking the blood pressure medication and when I did that she told me it was fine and to keep taking it. I knew by this point she still was not listening to me at all and I stopped taking the medication. As soon as I asked for a copy of my medical file from the great falls clinic I found out that not only did the doctors all say that I went to there I am infertile and to old to have a child when I am currently pregnant so that tells me they are completely incompetent and don't know what they are doing. I also received a letter certified and regular copy that I was no longer a patient there and I had 30 days to find a new doctor and I was kicked out of the portal immediately. I had already decided to switch groups to another doctor. Like I needed their permission to find another doctor. When they ask what you do for a living if you say you have applied for disability or are on disability the doctor tells you they can't help you because they could loose their licsence. Also they don't allow parents back with their children who are young and not of age and won't even let the parents check the child in for the appointment I have seen this several times with the pediatricians office upstairs. Furthermore any good reviews on here don't believe they are all lies!!!

The information for this business is not correct on YELP today, Saturday, July 1. 2023, at 4:00 pm. The phone number is to a call center and facility is on 800 (some other road). The people working there are really nice and tried giving us directions. In the end we never made it to the facility and although yelp listed them closing at 6:00 pm, the person on the phone told me at 5:00 pm that they were closed. after all this wonderful service, we went to the hospital ER.

I've been incredibly disappointed with GF Clinic and the way they've handled billing for services that, in hindsight, shouldn't have occurred. Let me explain - I had multiple appointments with a doctor no longer there, she discovered a cyst, and said that "monitoring" it was the best practice. From there, they continued to support me with fertility with no success. I sought a second opinion and the specialist immediately recommended surgery to remove the cyst, saying that it needed to be removed for me to become pregnant. When I disputed the services that occurred after the cyst was found, sharing what I learned with the other provider, I was informed by GF Clinic that every providers approach is different and that their methodology is what they followed, that they stood by the doctor, and she was not at fault. I find this unacceptable and disturbing. So, now, over a year later, I am still paying for these services and appointments when I never should have continued on with the doctor without having surgery to remove the cyst. I disputed charges and gave GF Clinic the opportunity to make this right and they didn't, so I am writing this publicly so that people know to steer clear and go somewhere else - a place whose customer service is more just, and who support their patients, listen to their story, and do their due diligence with making decisions that aren't based in greed or running a business, but about people and ensuring that they're cared for well.
