The technician from Falls Mechanical fixed my AC for $400 on a 95 degree day when another company in town told me I needed a whole new unit ($5,000!!!) Thank you Falls Mechanical for spending the time to check everything out and try multiple things to get our AC fixed for these hot days. 10/10!

My ac went out at 1 yesterday I called falls mechanical at 230 and by 430 they had someone at my house to fix it! Defiantly recommend not to mention amazing customer service! Thank you guys so much!

I called Falls Mechanical when my heating stopped working. I called AFTER MIDNIGHT and they called me back at 0700 that morning and were at my house by 0800 that same day! Garrett fixed my problem quickly and even took the time to explain to me what exactly was going on. One of my parts was soon to expire, so they quickly ordered a new one and had no problem getting me in quickly to get that installed! Again Garrett quickly fixed the problem and explained everything! He was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely suggest this business to anyone having heating/cooling issues and definitely will use them again in the future if I have those issues!
