Before taking Zeus tech sat on the floor with him until he felt comfortable with her. Dr called me after the surgery to tell me how everything went that was a step above. Also techs that brought Zeus out after surgery explained everything to us fully, in fact went back to get answers to questions we had they were not sure of the correct answer.
